Ingredients (for 2 wraps):

Handful of spinach

4–5 mushrooms (sliced)

1 tomato (diced)

2 large tortillas

Salt & pepper

Optional: avocado, hot sauce, cream cheese
Instructions:

Prep the Veggies: Slice mushrooms, dice tomato, rinse spinach.

SautΓ©: Heat oil in a pan. Add mushrooms and cook 2–3 mins. Add spinach and tomatoes, cook 2 more mins.
