🌯 Breakfast Wrap Version

Turn your omelet into a grab-and-go wrap.

You’ll need:

  • 1 large tortilla or flatbread

  • Your cooked omelet (with spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, cheese)

  • Optional: Hot sauce, avocado, or a smear of cream cheese

How to do it:

  1. Warm the tortilla in a dry pan for 30 seconds.

  2. Place the omelet (cut in half if needed) on the tortilla.

  3. Add extras if you like — a drizzle of hot sauce, sliced avocado, etc.

  4. Fold the sides, then roll it up burrito-style.

  5. Toast it in the pan seam-side down for a crispy outside (optional but πŸ”₯).

Boom — wrap and roll.

Make a few at once, store for the week.

How to meal-prep it:

  1. Cook 2–3 omelets in advance (you can make them thinner, like crepes).

  2. Let them cool, then cut into halves or thirds.

  3. Wrap each in foil or store in containers with parchment between.

  4. Optional: prep toast or tortillas on the side and store separately.

To reheat:

  • Microwave for 45–60 seconds

  • Or pan-fry for a couple minutes each side for crispy edges
