Turn your omelet into a grab-and-go wrap.
You’ll need:

1 large tortilla or flatbread

Your cooked omelet (with spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, cheese)

Optional: Hot sauce, avocado, or a smear of cream cheese
How to do it:

Warm the tortilla in a dry pan for 30 seconds.

Place the omelet (cut in half if needed) on the tortilla.

Add extras if you like — a drizzle of hot sauce, sliced avocado, etc.

Fold the sides, then roll it up burrito-style.

Toast it in the pan seam-side down for a crispy outside (optional but π₯).

Make a few at once, store for the week.
How to meal-prep it:

Cook 2–3 omelets in advance (you can make them thinner, like crepes).
