🧮 Example Calculation (for a 150 lb or ~68 kg person):

🥩 Good Protein Sources:

  • Animal-based: Chicken, turkey, eggs, fish, lean beef, Greek yogurt

  • Plant-based: Lentils, tofu, tempeh, quinoa, chickpeas, hemp seeds
