Emotional Symptoms:

  • Persistent sadness, emptiness, or hopelessness

  • Loss of interest or pleasure in activities once enjoyed (including sex, hobbies, or socializing)

  • Irritability, frustration, or angry outbursts

  • Feelings of worthlessness, guilt, or self-blame

  • Anxiety, restlessness, or agitation


Cognitive Symptoms:

  • Trouble concentrating, remembering, or making decisions

  • Negative thinking patterns, such as believing things won’t get better
