    Drinking plenty of water helps keep skin cells plump and nourished from within. Externally, moisturize your skin daily—especially after cleansing—to lock in hydration and support your skin barrier. Look for ingredients like hyaluronic acid, ceramides, and glycerin.

  3. Cleanse Gently:
    Overwashing or using harsh cleansers can strip your skin of its natural oils. Choose gentle, pH-balanced cleansers suited to your skin type. Cleanse your face morning and night to remove dirt, sweat, and pollutants.

  4. Avoid Over-Exfoliating:
    While exfoliating can help remove dead skin and boost radiance, too much can weaken your skin’s barrier and cause sensitivity. Stick to 1–3 times a week depending on your skin’s needs and use gentle chemical exfoliants like AHAs or BHAs.

  5. Eat a Skin-Friendly Diet:
    What you put on your plate matters just as much as what you put on your skin. A diet rich in antioxidants, healthy fats, vitamins (especially A, C, and E), and hydration from fruits and veggies supports glowing, resilient skin.
